Application to Pay Special Counsel

3 Dec

Joseph W. Grier, III, Receiver, has filed a motion for compensation for the period of October 28, 2014 through November 19, 2014 to Cowles & Thompson, P.C. Grier, Furr & Crisp, P.A. The motion for compensation seeks fees of $5,600.00 and reimbursement of expenses of $0.00, for a total of $5,600.00.

If you do not want the Court to approve this motion, or if you want the Court to consider your views, then on or before December 18, 2014, you or your attorney must do the following: (1) file a written response explaining your position with the Court; (2) mail, fax or email a copy of your response to the Receiver; and (3) attend a hearing on your response, if the Court schedules a hearing.

If you or your attorney do not take these steps, the Court may decide that you do not oppose the relief the Receiver requests and may enter an order approving the motion for compensation.

There are 381 known victims and so am I. Please send me your email addresses to vladybrit@verizon.net. The Receivership is getting paid with our victim’s revenues. Everytime they get paid, we will get less money returned to us. The returns are low enough. Why should the Receivership make us greater victims. I no longer believe they havei our best ineterests at heart. I believe we are being used by them. Let’s find out soon!
